We provided comprehensive BIM modeling and coordination services for our client, focusing on fire detection and suppression systems. This included detailed modeling of sprinkler systems, pump rooms, and water storage tanks, ensuring accurate representation and seamless integration within the project design.
 

Our scope extended to the fire alarm systems, including advanced VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) systems. These systems required precise placement and coordination to comply with fire safety standards and optimize functionality within the built environment.

Through close collaboration with all trades, we resolved potential clashes and ensured the design met both regulatory and operational requirements. Utilizing advanced BIM tools and methodologies, we delivered a fully coordinated model that enhanced project efficiency and accuracy.
