This BIM project involved coordinating water main and district heating services with other underground utilities to deliver a fully integrated and clash-free design. Detailed 3D models were developed for the water mains and heating pipelines, ensuring compliance with design standards and seamless alignment with services such as electrical, telecommunications, and drainage systems.
Collaborative coordination workshops resolved design conflicts and optimized spatial planning, enabling efficient construction workflows. Advanced BIM tools were used to simulate installation sequences, reducing risks and ensuring precision. The process generated comprehensive construction documentation, including accurate layouts and schedules, to support on-site execution.
